We hope that you use TurboLeads CRM, but if you prefer to use a 3rd party CRM instead, we have you covered. TurboLeads CRM accepts leads from outside sources by parsing lead notification emails, and most 3rd party CRMs do the same. This means you can configure your TurboLeads CRM to send lead notification emails to your 3rd party CRM, and the leads will be captured from those email notifications. No complicated code. No API*. Just simple lead routing via email. If your 3rd party CRM has never encountered an iHOUSEweb / TurboLeads lead notification email, you might need to contact your CRM's support staff to request parsing of these notification emails, but this is a simple and familiar request for almost any CRM provider**. 

* We do not offer any API integrations. Lead routing via email is the only option available at this time.

** If your 3rd party CRM does not accept leads routed via email, you can use another application like Zapier to parse our email lead notifications.

To set up Lead Routing for your 3rd party CRM, log into your iHOUSEweb administrator menu, and navigate to your TurboLeads CRM. 

Go to "settings", then scroll down to the "Notifications" section.

Click "Additional notification email address", and enter the lead capture email address for your 3rd party CRM.

At this point, you should review the rest of your notification settings. Keep "new leads" email notifications enabled for the sake of your 3rd party CRM, but you might want to turn off a lot of the other notifications like "task reminders" and "overdue lead reminders" if you will not be using TurboLeads as your primary CRM.
