Default Listing Sort Order

Choose sort order your search results are displayed by. We recommend that you sort listings newest to oldest, but you can choose from any of the following sort options:

  • Days on site
  • Bedrooms
  • Acreage
  • Price
  • Sq. Ft.
  • Sold Date
  • Sold Price

Default Results View

The results view can show either:

  • Show a map and listing cards

Default Map Settings

Choose the style of map between a Roadmap or a Satellite view.

Normally when there is a location present and/or listings, the map automatically centers and zooms on the results.

Position the map, and adjust its zoom level to set the default map settings for those cases where the center point and zoom are unknown.

When you're done, click Save Settings.

If you're using an older (legacy) template, your search defaults interface will look a bit different. The legacy interface is covered below.

Omnibox Examples Menu

You can choose example searches to give your users an idea of what terms they can search for on your website. This feature can be turned on or off by using the check mark next to Use Examples Menu.

Note: This does not restrict what data is searchable, it only changes the samples/search suggestions that your website visitors see.

Default Statuses

You can also select which statuses you would like to be checked by default in your website search forms (check as many as you wish). 'Active' will always be auto-checked.

  • Active (always defaulted)
