You can edit your Open Houses page from the Pages tab in Edit Mode or by clicking the Edit this page link while on your Open Houses page.

Page Settings

The first item in the Page Settings section is the Page Title. This is set to “Open Houses” by default, but you can change it if you want. The Page Title is the heading that shows at the top of your page.

Next you can select whether the page is published. Published means that the page is available for visitors to view. An unpublished page is invisible to anyone but you. Next, enter the name for the navigation link for the page. Keep this name as short as possible to ensure that it will fit in your navigation menu and on your homepage module. Then, select whether or not to include a link in the main navigation menu.

Finally, if you have open houses showing in a homepage widget, choose the maximum number you want to appear there.

Click the Save page settings button when you’re done.

Open House Events

While editing your Open Houses, it shows you a list of all your Open House events, even past dates. However, past Open House dates will not actually be shown on your website.

To rearrange the order for your Open House events, click and hold the arrow icon in the upper left corner of the event you wish to move. Drag it into the desired location and let go.

To edit an existing Open House event, click the green edit link in the upper right corner. You can change any information about the event, including the listing, date, time, and notes. When you are done editing the event, click the Save this open house button.

To add an Open House event, select your listing from the drop down menu. Open House events can only be created for listings that already exist on your website. Select the appropriate date, start and end times. Enter any notes you may wish to add and then click the Add this open house button.

To delete an Open House event, click the red "X" icon in the upper right corner of the event, then confirm that you want to delete it.

Open Houses on Your Homepage

Your website homepage comes with an Open Houses widget that automatically pulls your upcoming events from your Open Houses page and displays them on your homepage. In order for this to work, there needs to be at least one upcoming Open House event, otherwise the widget won’t display. The Open Houses page does NOT need to be published for the widget to work. You can add, edit, or remove this widget by editing your homepage.
