This section will create a custom auto-response email that will be sent to the requester after the form is filled out and submitted. Your standard auto-response email will be sent if this portion is not filled out.
- Click on the house at the bottom of your homepage and log into the Admin Menu.
- Choose Edit Website Contents.
- Click on the button for the form you would like to edit.
- Click on the Edit button for the form.
In the “Auto Response Via Email” section, enter the text message you want to email after the form is submitted.
- Note: Do not use “Special Format Codes” or HTML code. This should be a simple text message.
- After making all the changes to your form, Save Changes.
