Your Auto Responses settings allow you to automatically send them a short text message when you receive a new lead from one of your lead sources. If you have a website, you can also send different auto-reply emails when a visitor submits a form. These features can help connect with a lead faster, but don't forget to also follow up with your lead personally as soon as possible
To access your Auto Response settings, log into your iHOUSEweb admin menu, click TurboLeads, then click Settings, finally scroll down to the Auto Responses section.
Auto-response text message
Automatically send a text message to newly captured leads (excludes manually added leads). You can set the message after toggling the setting on by clicking the row.
Form auto-response emails
Choose which emails to automatically send when visitors submit different forms on your website. Clicking on this setting opens up your Auto Response Rules. Auto response rules are used to send an email when a user submits a specified form on a given website. The default rule can be thought of as a "catch-all". It will only fire if nothing matches it from the list above.
To add a new rule, click Add Rule. You can then set
- Which form submission fires off the auto-response
- The Email Template sent.
When you're done, click Save.
