Your contact's Tasks card allow you to schedule tasks for whatever you need. These tasks are reflected in your Schedule.


To view and edit your Tasks for a contact, log into your iHOUSEweb admin menu, click TurboLeads, then click Contacts, then click on any individual contact.



Schedule a Task

To create a new task for a client click the three dots in the title row. 

  • Write a short description for the task
  • Choose the type you want to set for the task.
    • Call
    • Text
    • Email
    • In Person
    • Other
  • Set the date and time for the task

When you're done, click Save.


The tasks will then show up in this card, and also show up in your Schedule. Overdue tasks will be marked with a red circle. You can check mark tasks to complete them. Clicking the three dots on a task will allow you to edit, mark them as complete, or delete them. 


If you have completed tasks in the list, the three dots on the title bar will allow you to remove any completed tasks all at once.
