Now that MailChimp is integrated with your TurboLeads account, it's time to set up some Campaigns (aka "drip emails").

To access your Campaigns settings, log into your iHOUSEweb admin menu, click TurboLeads, then click Settings, scroll down to the Manage Defaults section, finally click Campaigns.

Before we jump into campaigns, it's important to note that the content of your campaign emails is actually controlled via a separate interface. You must compose the content of your campaign emails in the Email Templates interface (directly below Campaigns). The email templates you create will be available to select from the campaigns interface. We do provide a handful of generic email templates to choose from, but we encourage you to customize them, or create your own from scratch.

To create a campaign, click on the blue "plus" icon in the lower right corner of the screen, and you will see the following options:

  1. Campaign - Name your campaign
  2. Delivery Schedule - choose which emails to send and when to send them. Use the "new email" button to add additional emails to your campaign.
  3. Auto-start triggers - choose what action(s) will trigger a campaign for your clients. Triggers can be based on a visitor registration, status, tag, or any combination thereof. If you prefer to start campaigns manually, you can simply disable auto-start triggers.

Once you are happy with your campaign settings, click Save

Congratulations! Your drip email campaign is enabled. Set up as many additional campaigns as you like.
