Your Contact Details interface allow you to access a myriad of options about an individual client such as your client's contact information, their basic details, recent activity and tasks in regards to your client, and any of their saved searches and email campaigns they have signed up for.

To view your Contact's Details, log into your iHOUSEweb admin menu, click TurboLeads, then click Contacts, then click on any individual contact.

Contact Information

Shows the contact's phone number and email, and email options they are signed up for.


Shows basic information about the clients information in regards to

  • -OFFICE ONLY- Assigned Agent
  • Lead Source
  • Tags

Recent Activity

Shows you the recent activity that has happened with the client regarding any interaction. Highlighted boxes chooses what is shown in this section.

  • Activity
  • Communication
  • Internal


Allows you to schedule tasks for whatever you need. These tasks are reflected in your Schedule.

Saved Searches

Searches the client has saved that shows where they registered their search, through what email, and whether or not they've signed up for HouseTrack. You can choose how often the system sends out HouseTrack Emails.

Saved Listings

Any listings your client's saved will show up in this card. It shows the clients email as well as the website they saved the listing on.


Email campaigns they are signed up for through MailChimp's marketing emails.
